Huge and big size rooms, thank you for nice stay!!!

It has a good and lovely location to the local grocery store. Accommodating people are working there.

Sincerely, it was a nice stay for the price. Very pleasant staff suggested restaurants. The breakfast was nice, had variety of food. The location was marvellous, next to Lewiston for a night stop over, and a nice bar/restaurant. No complains at all, the venue met expectation.

Nice location - a few steps away from everywhere we needed. We booked recently refurbished and exceptionally clean room with microwave, a TV, fridge.

As for me, the location was comfortable and favourable, so close to Lewiston for a job interview, Portland, and the local grocery store. Also, it was 20 minutes walk away from C and j Hall which I wanted to visit.

the location was good and the free parking was on-site. the hotel was in a fairly nice area, right by lewiston for a night stop over, conveniences like places to eat and stores, and portland. the queen room was cheap, included shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath sheets.

Their staff were really awful.

I recently stayed at Surestay Hotel in Lewiston for a business trip. The hotel was conveniently located near the highway and downtown area, which made it easy for me to get around. The room was extremely clean, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff members were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. Additionally, there were plenty of shops and amenities nearby for any forgotten items.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at this absolutely great hotel, huge rooms. Its location was comfy and favourable, close to turnpike, and in a pretty nice area. Also, the property was 1 mile away from C and j Hall.

I liked the room with unique furniture.

The check-in attendant was pleasant and left a note for early coffee. The hotel was clean, well-organized, and had vinyl flooring. Staff was friendly, rooms were basic but functional, and everything was reasonably clean. The cancellation process was smooth and a refund was promised in 2-3 business days.

Clean and comfortable room with nice wood laminate floors and an acceptable bathroom. The location was mediocre, but there is a nearby Ramada with food options.

We had a minor issue during our stay, but the staff at Surestay Hotel By Best Western Lewiston handled it quickly and efficiently. We requested a hairdryer and shampoo, and they promptly provided us with the necessary items.

We had a fairly nice stay for good value.

The location was particularly good and lovely close to turnpike and met all requests. Loved our rooms with unique furniture.
